Lazy Sundays

man... yesterday was one SUPER lazy day... i don't think i ever really LEFT my room except to go out to buy brunch and also get an afternoon cup of Green Tea Latte from Starbucks....

what did i do, you ask? well... let's see... all i did was clean my messy ass room... for those of you who have seen my room, u'd prolly think it's pretty clean right? wrong... it's clean only cuz i hide the mess in the many closets, drawers, and also under my bed.... everything in those well placed hiding spots are cords and junk and trash that i desperately need to get rid of (i'm kind of a packrat and i have a hard time letting go of things... kinda applies to everything in my life... i have release issues and i've acknowledged it...)

so anyhow, i spent the entire day in my pajamas... the weather was pretty cold outside of my room but thanks to my new 32 inch tv... 24 inch monitor.. and my monstrous computer... it kept my room fairly warm and toasty... plus i got new bedsheets and a comforter cover for my new down blanket... it's effectively made my bed illegally comfortable that i could not tear myself away from it all day....

the entire day was spent cleaning my room, organizing, putting crap away, throwing things away, and i'm still not done...

1. cleaned out my computer crap inside my drawer and underneath my video game shrine
2. wrapped up ALL my old video game controllers (man, i should really take a picture of it cuz i'm actually proud of how nice and clean i wrapped them up... EVEN my old school NES controllers and the NES Zapper (if u know what those are then u get a plus in my book)
3. burned all these movies for my uncle to bring back to the PI... he's asked me to do it a month ago and it's been taking a long time but if i just sat down and concentrated, i managed to burn all 100 of them.. so that's now done....
4. trash... and yeah, LOTS of it... i was able to fill up like 3 or 4 bags worth of trash and i'm not even THROUGH it all!!!! BAH!!!! not to mention boxes from all the crap i've been ordering online lately....
5. computer... yeah, as if my computer doesn't need anymore crap.. but i finally installed a floppy drive and an extra usb ports to it... why? cuz i plan on upgrading the bios of my computer and reinstalling my OS and upgrading it to Windows XP MCE 2005 (if any of u actually understood number 5 then u get another plus in my book)

now, of course, JUST cleaning is boring... right? well, thanks to my new tv and my plethora of dvd's, i was well entertained... what did i watch? lets see.... here's the list... (in the order i watched them)

1. Back to the Future II
2. LOST Season 2 (2 episodes)
3. Nightmare Before Christmas
4. Old School
5. Accepted (actually a really good movie... go check it out... makes me miss college... *sighs*)
6. Red Eye (yeah... rachel mcadams is hot)
7. Wedding Crashers
8. LOST Season 2 (1.5 episodes)

yeah.... what a lazy sunday... but that's what made it awesome... the only thing missing from that is a rainy sunday afternoon... but other than that... well spent in my book...

2. rearrange my video game shrine
3. reformat computer
4. clean what's under my bed
5. rearrange my closet

some ppl do spring cleaning... i do it whenever i'm in the mood for it...
