for those that don't know, clark kent is superman (well superman in the making) and he has this god awful super humongous crush on lana lang (if u've actually seen the show, i would imagine every guy to have a crush on lana lang) and the stupidest thing about the show is that clark likes lana... and lana likes clark... clark would do ANYTHING for lana... but the one thing he CAN'T do is tell her how he truly feels and man up.... the man of steel is left speechless in the eyes of lana lang... she might as well have a kryptonite stare....
anyhow, i'm currently watching season 2 right now and here's a little dialogue at the endof the episode:
clark: He [the villain in the episode] keeps a part of himself hidden so he doesn't scare people away.
lana: If you want ot get close to someone you have to take that risk.
clark: What if the risk is too big to take?
lana: Then you might miss out on something that could be pretty amazing.
*end with lana and clark gazing into eachother then turn away and look out into the sunset without saying another word*
and this is the part where i throw my remote control at the tv cuz i'm pissed off that clark just doesn't tell her.... its like... a;hf; aldszvlajsda;jfd;laj;fjas;lfjas;fkja;sfawpoiuwe...
seriously tho... in that situation we're always in a position of taking that risk with that person that we like... of course the risk is great, but when you're willing to put it all on the line and take that risk... you could be ending up with that "pretty amazing" thing...
"to deny our own impulses is to deny the very thing that makes us human" quote from The Matrix...
if you hold back... never go for it.... suppress the things you truly want in life.... you'll end up finding yourself incomplete...
and only regret fills that void...
oh yeah... one more thing... i'm in love with kristin kreuk:
God... if you can hear me... i'd like somoene as beautiful as her please.... thanks... oh yeah, and a bag of doritos (nacho cheese please).... that'd be great....
