Mike's Birthday Bonanaza

yesterday was one for the record books... started off the day with a holiday party at gordon biersche... which i like to claim credit for asking our admin to set somethig up for mike's birthday... she was even kind enough to invite our VP and almost everybody in IC Design... great turnout... there was even a raffle at the end and free beer... hahahaha....

after that, we were excused from work and so me, steve, mike, and kalyan went to go to watch Borat... HELLLA funny movie... could not stop laughing.... very controversial tho... but wow... hahaha... super funny....

5:30pm hit up DnB's and did not leave till 11:30pm... that's right.... 6 hours there... i didn't realize it until the next day when someone told me that... to me, it felt like 2 hours....

for those of you who don't know, mike's my coworker and was the first guy to introduce himself to me at my company... actually he was the one that came and got me in the lobby on my first day too... hahaha.... i'd like to share what he wrote on my Welcome card on my first day here:

as for me... almost everything else on that list except no long island (i hate that) one less tequila shot... and the last two drinks are no no's as well... bartender made a special drink for mike but he could nto take another one so i took it for him (as any good friend would) it was really tasty... might be my new drink... Caramel Apple Bomb (gonna try to order that tonight at Suite181)

happy birthday mike!!!! hope u had a blast and u didn't have too big of a hangover so i paced u well my friend... which is more than i can say for myself...
